1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Hiba MD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Hiba MD provides medical billing and revenue cycle management services including but not limited to:

Full-Service Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management
Denial Management & Appeals
Insurance Verification & Eligibility
Compliance Consulting & Internal Audits
Patient Billing & Collections
Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
EHR/EMR Integration & Optimization

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is custom-quoted based on practice size, specialty, and scope of services. Our standard full-service RCM is billed at a flat 4% of total monthly collections. Payment terms will be confirmed in your service agreement.

4. HIPAA and Confidentiality

Hiba MD is fully HIPAA compliant and maintains all required safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed prior to the commencement of services.

5. Service Guarantee

Hiba MD strives to provide the highest quality medical billing services. If you are not satisfied with our performance, please contact your dedicated account manager and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hiba MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to claim denials caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hiba MD and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
